XP: Moms - help w/bm question

I put some bags of frozen bm out last night around 8:00-8:30 on the counter to thaw and was going to put them in the fridge before bed but totally forgot.  I know they were still pretty frozen an hour or two later also.  I woke up at 5am and realized it and put them in the fridge.  Will the bm still be okay or do I need to throw it out?  TIA!

Our LC told us that BM is fine at room temp for 6hr. If the bags were still frozen at 11, you might be able to use 1, but I would throw away the rest to be safe.

It sucks to watch milk go down the drain. I feel sick whenever I watch DH dump undrank milk from daycare. I work so frikkin' hard for it -- it's like tearing up $100 bills in front of me.
