Queens, Prenatal Classes/Groups

I live in the Fresh Meadows area and wanted to know if there are any prenatal classes, or groups here. ?I work from home and am generally in th neighborhood, it would be nice to meet other women going through the same things I'm going through. ?

    Join a gym. They have prenatal yoga groups and such, and once your babe is born you can do all the mommy and me classes. My DH is a personal trainer and the people who attend his classes have become friends. He also specializes in pre/postnatal training if you're interested :)
