does anyone have the infamous recipe for diaper cream?

our house got hit hard with the stomach bug/flu this weekend and DS is raw from his knees to his waist.  triple paste is the only thing that usually works for us and that's not cutting it.  I'll try anything.  And oddly enough, as much pain as he is in, he is insisting on sleeping in jeans.  That's obviously not going to happen. silly kid.

1 tube Lotrimin AF (I used generic)
1 tube (or equal part) A&D ointment (I used the zinc oxide formula, not original, don't know if that makes a difference)
1 oz Maalox (generic)
enough corn starch or baby powder to thicken to a heavy paste (I probably used 7-8 heaping teaspoons or corn starch for it to thicken up and could have probably added more)

The parts/amounts don't really matter, it's just the combo of ingredients.

 I just squirt in a little of this, a little of that...

I always put in hydrocortisone, too, because it eases the pain a bit.
