He's nursing, but not peeing!

Last night (and early morning) Chrsitopher was throwing/spitting up each time he had milk (3 times).  Since then, he has kept down all milk.  He's not peeing though.  He's usually quite the pee-pee boy....but tonight I changed a diaper (not too full at all) and it reaked.

This is a sign of dehydration, right?  He won't drink the pedialyte from the bottle either.  I don't know what to do.  Thankfully, he has a well baby appt in the morning in case there is something I need to be doing....but still.

    I'd call the doctor tonight.  I wouldn't be comfortable waiting it out until the morning, especially since he is still such a little guy.

    I don't have a doctor to call tonight.  The boys are going to a new doctor tomorrow.

    I'm sorry, definitely not great timing to be sick.  You could try calling the on-call doctor of the new practice anyway.  Sometimes pedis will help with a sick kid even if they aren't officially established as a patient.
