I can't really tell if there has been much difference in supply - but my supply wasn't bad to begin with, so it is hard to tell.

The cookies themselves are pretty good. I think with the next batch I will put them in a cake pan and do it more like granola bars.

TIP: definitely use a stand mixer if you have one. I really wish DH would get me a Kitchen Aid mixer for Mother's Day this year...
