do you take it at the same time as your pnv? My midwife mentioned tums will compete with your pnv for absorption and it didn't dawn on me to ask about expecta until after my visit. anyone know? TIA!

Hmmm, I've always taken them at the same time.

I take them at the same time. It never occurred to me to do otherwise.

I've always taken them at the same time. I figured since some of the PNV's come with a DHA supplement that they should be fine to take together

I take them at the same time.  I don't think it would be a problem.  If anything, I would imagine it would increase the absorption of certain vitamins, because some need fat in order to be absorbed.
