sound like UTI??

I'm going to call the DR when it opens again at 1:30 but tell me what you think...

Our 20month old DD is saying owie/hot and pulling at her diaper... She is red down there and has like tiny little dots around it.   I called to ask her teacher if she said anything at school today and she said no she wasn't wet but wanted to be held.... So she went from 7:30am until 12:15 without peeing.....  What do you think?

USUALLY there is a fever with UTI's, but my DD would get them sometimes without a fever.

its worth calling a doctor though...they can get worse quick and you don't want it to travel to her kidneys! OUCH!!!!!
