I need some good butt exercise ideas!

Aside from squats, what do you do to firm up your booty area lol?

  • Lie on your back, bend your knees, and lift and clench and hold a few seconds. Repeat.

  • lunges - i always feel the pain the next day

  • lunges, or if you go to a gym and they have a cable cross over machine, I put one of the cables to the bottom and then they have a cuff that goes around your ankle and you can do kickbacks and to the side.  If you don't have access to a cable machine, then get on all fours and hold your leg out straight and do leg raises and then with your knee bent, foot parallel to the ceiling.
