I am pretty sure that you can't really do anything with an IP address. It just gives people a general idea where you are located and it usually changes a lot.
I use sitemeter for my blog. Granted, I don't pay for it, and don't know the details on the options you can pay for.
Anyway, I can only see part of the visitor's ip address, not the entire thing. It gives me the ability to basically see where a person is coming from, location wise, but nothing about who the person actually is. Even in some cases, the city it says the ip address is coming from is not always the city the visitor is actually located.
I have narrowed down a many ip's to who the person is just by their comments, and one of my friend's work ip address is on the other side of the country from where she actually lives.

It means she can see can potentially get access to your computer.
she's just a lunatic. I seriously doubt she wanted our IP's (what could sje do w/them, anyway?).
She probably used sitemeter so she could see how many people she was fooling.q
