glucose question????

Hi,

 so I had to reschedule my 1 hr glucose test yesterday b/c of the snow, but my apt was in the am and I was told not to eat anything before I go in, now my new apt is at 1:30 on Wed, does that mean I can't have aything at all before the apt or does anyone know how long before the test you have to wait to eat???

also, what week are people heading to 3rd tri?? I've read and gotton so many different numbers?

It really depends on the doctors office it seems. Some people are told to not eat while others aren't. I'd just call and ask to be sure.

 26 weeks 6 days is when you move to 3rd tri on the bump.

I didn't/and won't fast for the 1 hour.  There is no way they can expect a pregnant woman to not eat until 1pm.  Just make sure you don't eat sugary and carb filled food that day, eat protein and veggies.

 

i will be heding over there betweeen this week and next week.  closer to 27 weeks I think.

26 weeks 6 days is 3rd tri marker... And I have no idea about the glucose test.

I was allowed to eat as long as it was mainly proteins, no sugars or carbs. No fasting for me.
