  • In my experience, yes. But we're talking scars from surgery, not stretch marks.

  • My gyno said that nothing will stop stretch marks.He says if your mom had them, you will probably get them. The lotion does help with itching!
  • Help prevent them?  No.  It does decrease the dryness and itch which could help the redness of the marks, but not always.

  • No. Stretch marks are hereditary. It can't hurt, but it won't necessarily help.

  • I dont think it can prevent them but its been a life saver for me with the itchyness!
  • My friend used something from the Motherhood Maternity store and she only got the belly line. BUT I agree with PP, I've heard that it doesn't matter what you put on them, you'll either get them or you won't. I was lucky enough to get them growing up as a chubby kid, so I am bracing myself for whats to come.
