    In my experience, yes. But we're talking scars from surgery, not stretch marks.

    My gyno said that nothing will stop stretch marks.He says if your mom had them, you will probably get them. The lotion does help with itching!

    Help prevent them?  No.  It does decrease the dryness and itch which could help the redness of the marks, but not always.

    No. Stretch marks are hereditary. It can't hurt, but it won't necessarily help.

    I dont think it can prevent them but its been a life saver for me with the itchyness!

    My friend used something from the Motherhood Maternity store and she only got the belly line. BUT I agree with PP, I've heard that it doesn't matter what you put on them, you'll either get them or you won't. I was lucky enough to get them growing up as a chubby kid, so I am bracing myself for whats to come.
