Carpet/Painter recommendations

I have a rental property I'm trying to prepare to be rented. Can anyone recommend a Painter, Carpet cleaner and/or carpet installer. I need someone very reasonably priced. Thanks!

    We have rentals so this is right up our alley. I know a very good painter who is very reasonably priced and does a high quality job:
