Need some opinions

do you think i can do an espresso crib instead of white?  the walls will be similar to those in the picture - chocolate brown on the botttom and pink/white striped on the top

also, since the set doesn't come with many pieces, i have to improvise, so i'm thinking of doing pink/white gingham accents (ie, hamper, baskets, etc)

will that work together?  TIA!!

I think it would look better with an espresso crib.  I don't like white cribs personally.

If you are doing chocolate brown paint, I'd stick with the white crib. The espresso will blend in with the wall color......

I  think the espresso crib would look gorgeous.  There are a few people on this board that chose that bedding. Perhaps you can ask them to post pics of their nursery but I think you are on the right track with your ideas.

I think an espresso crib will look great with that bedding.  The only thing I wouldn't do is the gingham accents.  Gigham to me has a very country feel (but maybe that is just me), which the rest of your room doesn't have.  I'd just stick wtih solid pink and white accessories.

I think it would look good, except I do think that the espresso crib will get lost in the walls - it will start looking really dark if you don't have some brighter accents.  The pink and white stripes should help with that!

I have this exact same bedding in my nursery. We have espresso colored furniture and it looks great!! ?We got a pink hamper from BRU. I also got pink birdie decals for the walls. I love the bedding!!

That is one of my favorite bedding sets, which says a lot b/c I hate 95% of them! lol I think it would look great with brown furniture since in it's brown and pink.

I think it would look great with the the darker crib, but then the walls need to be lighter.

I would do espresso.  I think children grow out of white too fast and it isn't practical when their older.
