Crib Skirts - custom made?

Any suggestions? I found the bumper and our quilt is being made by a family friend but I can't find a crib skirt. Anybody know of a good place that will custom make them (online)?

A lady I found on ebay made my crib set -- a pillow, bumpers, and a crib skirt, and a crib sheet. She also is doing my curtains. She will do big blanket too but I opted out of that. Her work is beautiful and affordable.

I have 2 fabrics, one main fabric that I had seen but that she purchased and put the cost into the cost of the bedding. The accent fabric I purchased, mailed to her, and she mailed me the remainder with the completed set.
