zantac AND gripe water?

can i give her both? the zantac has worked wonders for her but she still grunts alot and tries to push but nothing comes out. i can hear the gas moving around in her belly and i feel so bad for her. any suggestions would be great!! TIA

i used zantac and mylicon drops and now use prilosec and mylicon. i think it's fine.

gripe water is all natural. ?no medicine ingredients to worry about mixing with zantac. ?DS takes Axid and we use gripe water a lot

Yeah, I use zantac AND gripe water AND mylicon...we have one gassy, refluxy baby!!
