Crap! We have to have our entire house re-wired!

Thats what sucks living in an old house.  Some of you might remember my electrical problems earlier in the week.  Well after having the whole house inspected its determined that half the house is bad...so bad that we have to turn off the power at that end of the house because its a fire hazard!  This means Michelle's room, Mandi's room and the bathroom.  The other half is getting bad and they told us it should be re-wired too.

We are still waiting for an estimate and I have a feeling it aint gonna be pretty.

    Oh man, that totally sucks. It is going to cost you a small fortune because the price of copper has been so high lately. :(

    That sucks! I'm so glad I'm married to an electrician. When we moved in, he rewired everything.

    I hope the estimate isn't too bad!

    We have a friend who is helping us and is not gonna charge us his normal labor rate.  But the materials is totally gonna kill us!
