Baby's First Haircut - Rec's

Inara needs a haircut. I plan on doing them at home but I want the first one to be somewhere special where they make a big deal out of it. Any rec's?

    My friend has been RAVING forever about curls and (cuts?) out near Riverplace. I can't remember the exact name but it is a cute name indicative of a children's hair cut place. They offer picture packages and the locks of hair to make it special.

    As you know, Truman has no hair so we for sure haven't gotten any haircuts. But there is this place in La Frontera called Snip-Its that cuts children's hair. I looked it at their website to see if they had anything special for Baby's First Haircut and I found this...
