Those noodles wouldn't be that hard to make actually. It looks like it's just a folded strip of felt that's been blanket stitched all the way down. Totally going to be doing that. When I ever find the time.

I think this to myself all.the.time.  I have a stack of patterns I'm going to try out "sometime."  I have fabrics I'm going to try out "sometime."  Ack -- I should ban the word "sometime" from my vocab.  It would save me a ton of cash.
