Just wondering if anyone registered at Target and what your experiences were. ?I noticed they carry the entire "gear" collection that I like at $10-15 cheaper per piece than BRU. ?I may end up registering at both if one or the other doesn't have everything we're looking for.
?Thanks!?
Re: Target Baby Registry
?I've only looked online so far, but nothing I was looking at had the "online only" thing next to it. ?I've seen that much more often at BRU online.?

I haven't done the baby registry yet but I know with our bridal registry, we had several items bought twice and everyone said it still said on the registry that no one had bought. I also noticed that, for a shower that I'm invited to tomorrow, not one single item on their registry is marked as bought and they have 2 pages worth of stuff. I've heard other people have problems with this too and the return policy is a bit funny.
I'd like to hear other opinions though as we'll be starting our registry soon and I've always liked Target.
I think Target has recently updated their return policy. When we got married (this past June) we were able to return anything bought off our registry with our without a receipt. You can print out a page in the store that confirms all of the items bought off the registry and that serves as your receipt.
If someone buys you something NOT on your registry and you dont have a receipt, I believe you have to show your license & you are limited to a certain number of those returns per year (not sure on the number. One maybe?)

I registered at Target for my wedding. I didn't have any troubles with the registry or returns. As long as it was marked on the registry that someone bought it - I could return it.
I am also registering there for baby. When you look at items you like check to see if they are available only online or if you will be able to find them in a store near where your shower is or your family is. That is what I am doing because most of my family will not buy anything online.
When did this happen? Because I got 2 duplicate gifts and was able to return them both for store credit, without the receipt. (Using the registry log). My wedding was in June.
