NPR: My realtor is buggin.

Just have to vent somewhere... our house is for sale, he got an offer on it and wanted to email it to me yesterday AM. He said he would do it right away. After bugging him most of the day yesterday (with no response), and all day today, he just sent me an OLD offer.

Ugh. I'm thinking that I need a new realtor. My #1 pet peeve is not following through.

 PS I also think I'm PMSing. Should I mention that to him?

    Just him sending the old offer would make me think that he is incompetent and I would fire him for that- let alone taking 2 days to get it to you- what if it had been a legitimate offer?!?! I would have no patience for that- Not in this market!

    AND, it is a legitimate offer. That is the part that is pissing me off.

    Um, I am a Realtor and that is.not.acceptable.

    It is mandated for our LICENSE to act promptly when there is a matter of an offer on the table. Call his broker immediately.

    If this offer falls through, fire him.
