I couldn't agree more with your response to my dog post.  I grew up in the country and I remember my neighbor putting his dog down b/c it growled at one of the other kids...I hate to say this, but this is why we got a puppy from a reputable breeder.  We've had used dogs before and had always been fortunate with good ones, but I didn't want to take any unnecessary risks with DS. 

Even though I am a dog lover and owner I HATE it when people let their dogs jump all over you and lick you and stuff.  Yuck!! I don't mind a couple of dogs (friend's dogs that I love) but for the most part I want to be left alone and especially DS!!

but I personally hate other people's dogs, and if they touch my kid, Im gonna be mad.

It is so nice to "meet" a considerate dog owner who feels like you do. The parents at DS's old daycare were so bad. They'd tie the dogs up TO THE DOOR so that they would crowd in on us as we came in...yuck. ?
