Success after IF

gumdrop & soothie pacifiers

Tell me more about these!  They look like soothies but like they might stay in better since they are curved.

I read below about not using soothies past 3 months... why is that?

Can you use these gumdrop brand past 3 months?

  • I think they stay in better... she never takes that damn thing out of her mouth (but I make her) She also insists on wearing it upside down, so her lower lip sticks out. too cute.

You just want to watch whatever paci you're using for wear and tear. Throw them if they start biting them apart, can't eat silicon ;-)

  • Evie is 10 months and she still uses her GumDrop.  she had trouble keeping it in her mouth in the first few weeks of life, but now I can't keep the thing out of her mouth.

  • I'm not sure what a gumdrop is but my girls use the soothie paci.  Karly doesn't suck on it, she just needs to hold it but Katie loves her.  I do only let them have it at bedtime and it never leaves their crib.

I know that you will probably need to get one that is for their proper age.  Ithink it has something to do with teeth.

  • The green soothies are the ones that are meant for 0-3 month. Then there are blue and pink ones for 3+ months, but I am not a big fan of them.  That was why I was trying to find another paci.  I bought some NUKs today and DS took to them right away.
