mixing formula??

I just found out today that my baby girl is allergic to milk and have to give her soy formula for 3 days until the dairy is out of my system to breastfeed. What kind of water should I use to mix the formula with?? I have heard of nursery water and couldn't find it. Can I use spring water? Tap water?? What is the best thing to use?? Thanks!!

We have always used tap water.  It's a lot cheaper than nursery water and we haven't had any problems.  The exception is when we travel.  Then we use bottled water to avoid issues with changing to various kinds of tap water.

I have always used tap water, but we had our water tested (you can do it yourself with a kit you buy online) for safety. You can get nursery water at BRU, I think. Some people boil their tap water first.

We have city water and have used plain ol' straight up tap since day 1.

You can use distilled water (cheaper than nursery) or boil your water for 20 minutes.
