Reading up on pg - what week am I?

So when reading through a book like "Your Pregnancy, Week by Week" would you read Week 4 if you're past week 4 or would you read Week 5, since you're in the middle of week 5? ?I'm confused. ?According to my nurse, I'll be 5 weeks tomorrow, but according to my ticker, I'm 4 weeks 3 days. ?My LMP was 1/26, but I ovulated on cd 12. ?Help! ?What am I? ?What should I be reading? ?

Congrats!  I didn't see your BFP.  When I turn 20 weeks on Saturday I will read week 21 in my Week by Week book.  Or in your case, I'd read week 5 since that is the week you are in now.   Also, it's up to you but I also ovulated early, CD 13, and I don't go by LMP date but instead by my due date per my nurse (which corresponds with my O date).

I just read Week 26 so that way I am prepared for the week ahead. I would read week 5 if that is the week you are in now.

You would read, what appears to be, 1 week ahead.  So from 4w1d-4w6d you should be reading week 5 since that's what week you are actually in. Once you're 5w (or 5w1d if you want to get technical!) you would read week 6.
