Mr. Gattis (gattiland) pizza buffet has kids eat free, too.  Not sure what the age ilmit is, but at some point they multiple by the age.  It used to be .25, but I'm sure that's gone up now.  And I don't know what ages are included in the pay by the age thing.  blaire is 2 and still eats free (if you call it eating)

If you have a Carrows nearby, kids eat free everyday there. 

Oh, and I've never seen a free kids meal at Red Robin aside from on their birthday if you join the kids e-club.  We've always paid for his meal no matter the day or time.

Not sure how many are around, but at Millies, kids eat for $.99 M-F.

I agree about having to pay at Red Robin... we usually go on weekend nights, but they definitely have a kid's menu that they charge for....
