Yep, it's easy. Go to your contacts option on the left hand menu. Select Contacts, then Click "Add List" on the upper menu bar. It will ask you to name it. Give it a name, and then you can start selecting contacts you already have, or adding new ones.

I don't think you're in the right spot, or we're using different versions. When I go in, I can click on Contacts, which opens the Contacts Tab. When I read the top from left to right, it says "Find Contact", "Add Contact", "Add List", "Edit", "Print", and "Delete". From there I pick "Add List".
I take it you're not seeing that?

Ok - you're using Yahoo Classic! Can you use the new enhanced version? It should have a clicky thing up at the top to let you switch to the newer one, if your computer can handle it.
