Spoon for self-feeding?

Any recommendations for a spoon that might be easier for M to use? He loves trying to eat with a spoon and we've just been giving him the ones we use to feed him (small spoon w/long thing handle). Are the short fat ones easier for them to use? Any specific spoons that worked well for your DC? Thanks!

We used the silicone tipped spoons first (I think they are Gerber) we found we needed one narrow enough on the spoon part for her mouth.  Now she switches between those and the bambu (brand name) one for toddlers.
