(flame worthy) Anyone having a symptomless pregnancy?

As someone said yesterday to another poster - I think I'll probably get kicked in the hoo-ha for bringing this up but anyone well way past their 6th week and have no M/S or pregnancy symptoms?

I'm still very early on and taking advantage of the no M/S for now and doing some early spring cleaning that I probably wont be in the mood for as the pregnancy progresses.

Seriously, I need to know if it wasn't for your charting or paying attention to your cycle - you wouldn't even know you were pregnant.  Could you be one of the ladies on "I didn't know I was pregnant"  tv special?

Re: (flame worthy) Anyone having a symptomless pregnancy?

  • Hell no!  I felt like a$$ right away....I thought I was sick and when it didn't go away that is the only reason I tested.  It started at 5 wks and is still going strong at 12.

  • In the very beginning, I felt crappy...but only for a couple weeks.  Now, I feel fantastic with no m/s.  Other than my belly starting to grow, I don't feel pregnant at all.

  • Come back to us in a week!

At 5 wks I felt great and had no pregnancy symptoms either! Then week 6 hit and as I got closer to 7 and then 8 wks I got worse and worse M/S. But now I'm on meds and I feel much better. So now I'm back to having no many pregnancy symptoms.

    Everyone is so different though....

  • I was fine until 6/7 weeks, then it was constant nausea!

Enjoy it now while you are symtom free :)

ha! I know there has to be a handful just like you out there.   Supposedly only 50% of women experience M/S.  Have you freaked out because of it and gone back to the doctor due to no symptoms?

  • I have had zero symptoms overall.  There are days when I'll have heartburn and then it goes away.  The only time I've ever gone running to the bathroom was when I ate chef boyardee (and learned that tomato sauce and I don't get along).

Other than that, nothing.  Enjoy the boring pregnancy!

  • My first pg was completely symptomless (except for exhaustion). I missed my period, so that's why I tested (and we were trying). This time, I thought I was going to luck out again, but then week 7 hit (to the day) and I've been miserable daily since. If you have no symptoms, enjoy it. M/S sucks my big toe!

tell me about it.  That's why I'm not celebrating yet.  The RE told me to watch out for the 6th week.  She also said most women's magic beta hcg number is 5K+ when it comes to feeling M/S.  That puts most (not all) singleton pregnancies right at the end of the 5th week or start of 6th week.

  • Good for you!  I've been doing fine too.  I had no symptoms with my son.  Feel like I hit a wall this week and am super tired, but was still able to go for a run this AM.  Just stay active and eat right and maybe you'll be one of the lucky ones who feels great pregnant.
  • no symptoms, nada.  No soreness, not tired, no morning sickness, no smell aversions, no food aversions, nothing.

I do sometimes get cramps that feel like I will get my period at any minute.

    That is it.

  • I thought I was going to be one of the lucky ones, but it started for me at 8 weeks.  Good Luck to you though!

  • when i was as far along as you, i had no symptoms. fatigue set in for a few weeks, and now i feel nothing at all
  • My only symptoms so far have been exhaustion.  I started getting super tired around week 11 and now I'm mostly normal, although I do go to sleep much earlier than usual since I'm waking up a lot during the night.  The only other thing I've noticed is an ever growing belly and boobs!  Hopefully you'll be the same way - minus the sleepiness.  It's nice, but sometimes I wonder if it's too good to be true... Is my little man saving up all the nastiness for later???

thank you!  Hopefully, i'll be as lucky as you....(keeping fingers crossed) funny about your lil man saving up all the nastiness for later.

thank you ladies for all your input!

  • I have been really luck so far! My boobs used to be really tender but now they are just HUGE and I am tired. Other than that, it's hard to believe my baby is actually in there!

Oh, and did I mention I forget everything...

  • I feel like I have been lucky so far. Just spre bbs and fatigue. Some occasional nausea, but nothing crazy - it passes. GL to you!
  • I felt fine until Sunday.  Since then I have felt like crap.  I actually feel a little better today but not great. But it could be a lot worse so I am not going to complain too much :)

I hope you are a lucky one who doesn't get sick :)

  • I didn't really start feeling different until the end of week 7. Enjoy it--some women never have "symptoms" at all...except for their gradually expanding tummy and boobs.
    Dear Bump: You suck.
  • I've only had sore (and now growing) boobs and fatigue that is just coming and going right now.   No m/s.

  • I feel so much better after reading this post! I may be the poster you were referring to lol. All I feel right now is my boobs and a little tiredness (which has actually lessened in the past couple days) and I have to pee a lot. No moodiness (well there were a couple random ones earlier on) and no cravings. In fact in that dept I have been opposite. Normally I craved sweets like a pregnant woman but now I don't. But today is week 6 heading into 7 so who knows what I'm in store for....I read this is when it can hit you big time.
  • Im in the same boat. Except for being more tired than usual I really have had no symptoms. I was so afraid when I went for first u/s at 6 weeks that the OB was going to be like "um...there is no baby there." I feel very lucky so far even though I know I have plenty of time to still feel crappy! Good luck - Hope you keep feeling great.
  • i was mostly fine and didn't feel pg until around week 8 when i started getting some mild nausea.  But it really hasn't been too bad, except for being tired all the time.  But that is pretty standard for me anyway.  So I know what you mean, and won't kick you in the hoo-hah :D
