XP: Follow-up meeting with RE after failed IVF#1

Well, I had my follow-up meeting with RE yesterday after failed IVF #1.  We went over everything and the problem was that I stimmed too quickly (7 days) and I only had 3 mature eggs out of 18 retrieved. At trigger, my follies were measured between 24 and 18, with a few 16 and 13. 

He is going to switch my protocol from antagonist to Lupron, add another 1/2 dose of HCG and make sure I stim for at least 9 days.  I started on BCP yesterday and now need to contact the IVF nurses for further instructions and ordering of the drugs.  Hoping this new protocol will work better for me this time around.

    So glad you have a plan and are back in the game! ?Lots of luck to you. ?I hope this is your time! ?

    It looks like AF is finally about to show, so hopefully IUI #2 is right around the corner for us. ?I am so tired of waiting!!!

    Egg retrieval 2/27 - 27 eggs, 24 mature, 19 fertilized
    Embryo transfer 3/4 - 2 beautiful, hatching blasts and nothing left to freeze.  Beta #1 461 9dp5dt. Beta #2 1230 11dp5dt.

    That sounds like a great plan, sending lots of baby dust your way!!!
    Me: 44 DH: 42. DS born healthy at 40 weeks 8/24/09. TTC since then with no luck or ART. Surprise BFP 8/6/14... MMC @ 8 weeks 4 days... Miss you everyday sweet baby angel.
