Could use your prayers

I started spotting tonight, first brown, now more pink than brown, I'm hoping it doesn't turn red. I have no cramping but am still worried. I know it's common, but unfortunately it doesn't make it any more easy at this moment. Please say some prayers that my little baby sticks with us. DH and I are needed some prayers, we're pretty upset right now.

I called my doc's office, they're of course closed so I called the OB ward at my local hospital. She asked if I had sex recently, no. Asked if I was on my feet more today than usual, no. No explanation, I was in church, went to use the restroom and noticed it.

Thanks ladies. Your prayers would be much appreciated.

  • Hope everything is ok, you can always go to ER to make sure things are ok.

  • I'm praying for you.

Get into that OB's as soon as possible -- or, if you're really concerned, to an ER for an ultrasound. If it makes you feel any better, I had pink spotting twice -- once at five weeks and once at eight -- and my little babe is still very much with me, with a strong heart beat. {{Hugs}}.

  • spotting is normal, but if you are concerend go to the e.r.
  • Thank you for your kind thoughts. I plan to call my OB tomorrow. I'm hoping that they have me come in. I'm of course hoping the spotting stops, but would love to get the baby checked out and see if all is ok. The OB lady said to call them tomorrow and they will tell me what they want me to do. Right now I don't think it warrants an ER visit, but if it becomes red, I will be going in.
  • I will absolutely say a little prayer for you tonight. I know it can be scary, but as you said, some spotting is normal. Just try not to stress.
  • I had the same thing.  I was at church on a Sunday morning.   I called the local hospital.  I ended up going to the ER the next day.  Prayers are with you.
  • I am sorry, spotting sucks! As stressful as it is, try to relax as much possible. ((sticky baby dust))
  • I had spotting at about 6 weeks also. It was a bleed, not too uncommon, caused by the growing uterus, shifting things around. They could see it on the U/S. They usually heal on their own, sometimes leaving a clot that may or maynot disappear. It is pretty common to have spotting, but I know it is very scary to the mommy and daddy when it happens (we were freaking out, too). I'll send good juujuu your way.
  • I hope you are ok. Just try to relax ( i know that it is easier to say than do) You can go to the ER and they can check you or you can see your doctor tomorrow. Ask your doctor for an u/s. ::big hugs::

  • Good luck!  I had spotting for well over a week and things are fine now.  Hope you can get into see the Dr tomorrow.
  • I hope things are ok, sticky dust your way
  • These first weeks are hard.  I just said a prayer for you.
