    It doesn't work taking it... just don't expect relief until well into 2nd Tri. I speak from experience. But I will say that I am 6 days Puke Free and only ONE gag.

    My PNVs have B6 you should see if your doc can switch you (DuetDHA). If the B6 doesn't work citrus helps me. My DH got me lemon juice concentrate last night for my lemon water I drink nightly

    My dr. told me to take a Unisom and a B6. My dr. said the reason they tell you to take those two together is because two of the ingredients work together to counteract m/s.
