rec. for child care in loop or in Palatine

hello Chicago ladies--

I live in Palatine, but my husband and I both work in the loop (Clark & Madison ish).  Does anyone have daycare recomendations in either place?

    First consider, would you rather DC be close to home or close to you if you have to get DC during the day?

    If you think you want DC in the city, look in the Loop or W or S Loop area for daycare. There are a bunch of daycare options, but get on their lists as soon as possible b/c many of them fill up quickly. For DS #1 I was on the list at my daycare at 5 mos. PG
