second of all..i'm pretty sure millions of women have given birth over the past few decades and everything came out just fine! with out having to practice first.

Seriously, when I first saw this I pictured an overly sensitive man trying to help his pregnant wife out...Women have been doing this for a long time.  Makes me want to yell: MAN UP!
