Allergic reaction to palmers coco butter

has anyone experienced an allergic to action to palmers coco butter? I have used it maybe three times, now all the areas that i have used it on have broken out into a bumpy rash thats itchy. Can i take benedryl?(sp)

Benadryl is fine.  Take some benadryl and relax and don't use the coco butter anymore.

That happened to me as well with the straight cocoa butter (in the tub). I switched the the cocoa butter lotion in the bottle and have been fine.

yup thats the kind i tried in the tub it was on sale at walmart! Im glad it wasnt just me ill try the kind you did after this first rash goes away thanks

boudreaux's butt paste is supposed to help calm itchy tummies. You might try slathering on some of that too.

I seem to be experiencing this too.  I've been using Johnson's Shea & Coco butter lotion for at least a month now.  However this past week the back of my hands have developed a red painful rash after using it.  I don't know why it's doing this all of the sudden.
