Feel like I've been run over!

OMG --- I have not felt this drained/horrible in a long time!
I had a fever of 102.3 this morning and I just feel like I can't even move.  I'm surprised I'm even typing to be honest.

I do have a cough --- but other than that, not really any other symptoms. 

I hope this goes away --- and fast!
