I should re-use a bridesmaid dress, right?

The annual firefighter's ball is coming up in 2 weeks.  I bought a dress on ebay for it, but it didn't fit right when I got it.  I have the bridesmaid dress I just wore in December that I'm probably going to revert to.  I should just go with it, right?

ETA:  The only "problem" is that is strapless.  I was hiking it up the entire time I was wearing it.  Does that double sided dress tape actually work?

I have used it for holding my boobs in, but not holding the dress up..hmm.

it might need to be taken in a little? and when they do that they could add some rubbery non slip seaming stuff..that'd help.

definitely wear it, though- even if you do hike it up all night.

Wear it!  If I could reuse a bridesmaid dress for anything I would.  Not sure on the double sided tape though.
