Children's Motrin for an infant?

I don't have any Infant Motrin on hand tonight and Tylenol is not cutting it for this ear infection. ?I know I am supposed to give him 1.875ml of the infant motrin....but does anyone know how much of the children's? ?I know the difference in the two is only the concentration and when my first DS was an infant my doctor told me I could use it but I can't for the life of me remember the dosage. ?

I'll stick with Tylenol if I have to but Motrin works much better for an ear infection....and I'm alone tonight so I can't leave to go to the store.?

I thought you weren't supposed to give Motrin to an infant until they are 6 months old? ?That's what I was told by my pedi. ?Sorry your little guy is not feeling well.
