Pacifier help

Anyone know of a way to keep the paci in DS' mouth?  It always pops out and then he screams.  I have to put it back in every couple of minutes.  Are there any gizmos that help them keep it in?

you dont want something that will keep it in if he doesnt want it in...he could spit up and choke.....i prop dd's hand next to her paci and it keeps it in a little longer

Maybe try different styles of paci.  When they were that small, they loved the "soothie" kind (you can search soothie at bru).  Then they grew on to the ortho type by Playtex or evenflo, now they are good on either the ortho type by Mam, which is a bit fatter.
