Glucose Testing

Have a history of diabetes in my family so they're making me get a 1 hr. glucose test which needs to take place after fasting for several hours.

How did you handle the fast while experiencing m/s?

I went first thing in the morning (so I fasted all night while sleeping)

I also asked if I can take the drink home and be in the office within 45mins after drinking it so I didn't have to sit around the office and I brought some crakers with me so right after they draw my blood, I had them to ease the nausea.

:just a heads up: The drink is super sweet - like orange soda without the fizz.

Yea I've done it before and could barely contain myself from yaking then, I don't know how I'm going to get through drinking that goo now.
