Appointment at 2:30

I go for my first OB appointment at 2:30. I am completely freaked out. I think the reality of being pregnant is sinking in. The last time I was at this doctor's office I was 26 weeks pg and told I had to go check into the hospital. 5 days later I had a baby.... I am suddenly so nervous and scared. I think going back to the office is going to bring all those emotions back.... I hope and pray for a normal pregnancy this time around. I have already talked with my dr. and we have a game plan so I have felt at ease, until right now.... Just letting out some of my anexity... Wish me luck!!!

Good luck and try to stay calm! ?I know what you mean by being anxious in a Dr.'s office. ?Try to think good, happy, positive thoughts.

Good luck! I can relate, I went for my 1st appt. yesterday and got myself all worked up and then she didn't even look under the hood let alone propose an u/s so I'm still walking around going. . am I really pregnant?
