Dear Harry, please poop in the potty

because your diapers make me want to vomit.

Like many toddler boys, he pees in the potty w/o fail, but he still craps his pants (only in his toyroom). ?We've tried putting the potty chair in his toy room, but no dice. ?Any tips??

I don't know what to tell you.  I can get my kid to poop on the potty about 75% of the time, but he has yet to pee on it.  For some reason he can tell he's pooping but not peeing. 

Is yours pretty regular?  Maybe put him on the potty when you know he's going to poop?

We struggled and struggled with this.  DS was doing great at peeing, not pooping.  Finally, one Sat when he'd been farting a bit, we got him to the potty.  DH sat in there with him for about 90 mins.  We had the portable DVD player in there, DH juggled, read books, sang songs- anything to get him to relax.  He'd get close to it, then tense up.  He finally did it!  Now, he does great- even got up this morning at 5:30, said he had to potty, pooped and went back to bed.  Crazy!
