my mil called today and asked me how i felt, i told her like crap. She told me its to early for m/s and i asked her when the last time she was pg almost 28 years ago. i told her to try again and hung up.

That's why I POAS because I was feeling so sick all the time and my boobs hurt so bad. Doesnt she know that symptoms are different for everyone?

I don't talk to my MIL about my pregnancy. I probably won't until we go visit this summer for a round of birthdays. And it will be polite conversation.

My own mother knows to tread lightly with me.

Bull sheesh...m/s hit me hardcore week 6, but I was feeling the nausea at week 4. It is different for everyone.

Good for you!

I am so sick of being compared to my SIL's "wonderful" pregnant experience. It is like I am garbage for not feeling well and can't just "be happy" I'm pregnant. Apparently happiness will fight off the morning sickness. ILs suck.

That is awesome that you stick up for yourself...I totally wish I could do that with my MIL. I just avoid her like the plague. I don't think I have talked with her for months....at least.

Anyway, I started getting sick at 4 weeks 4 days. I think everyone is different....some of us are lucky and we don't even get morning sickness.

HAHA Good for you! My MIL always makes bothersome comments to me... I am thinking now that there is a baby on the way, I will try to avoid conversations with her at all costs.

I think they are way misinformed because mine told me I wouldnt have to worry about morning sickness after 6 weeks. I almost wanted to say are you crazy that's when it begins for a lot of pepole not when it ends for everyone.
