oz to tbsp conversion

Stage 1 food tubs are 2.5 oz and stage 2 are 3.5 oz. ?Do any of you know what that is in tbsps? ?I've read that they at her age she should be eating about 1/4 - 1/2 cup fruit or veg a day.

8 oz is 1 cup.  4 oz is 1/2 etc.  You can pretty much google all conversions.

1Tbsp = 1/2 oz

3.5 ounces = 7 tablespoons
