I haven't used it, but DH is a Store Manager at Williams-Sonoma and he's had a TON of customers rave about it.

I haven't bought it yet, but I plan to use it after our little one is born.  There is a helpful video demonstration on the Williams-Sonoma website that shows you how it works.
