the secret is out

We had our u/s on Friday so we decided to tell our family over the weekend.  We told my mom and brother (sister already knew) first.  I handed my mom the u/s pictures and she just looked at them and I must admit I was very nervous but them she had this great big smile on her face and I was no longer worried.  My brother (18) is so excited and insists it must be a boy! We later told my grandparents that they are about to become great grandparents. 

We met up with his parents that evening and showed his mom the pictures first.  She began to cry!  My FIL is also thrilled.  Sunday we told my SIL and her FI and they were also extremely excited and we explained the situation with their wedding (they are getting married in Mexico in Oct) so hopefully that will all work out. 

We had thought we would then wait to tell our friends until I hit 12 weeks but DH's sister outed us on facebook today so I guess we will telling people a little sooner.  I can't even be mad because it just shows the excitement!!!
