PSA: Do not watch Juno while pregnant

So... I was sitting on my arse last night while DH was at work and I noticed that Juno was on tv. Sweet!

Yeah... then it got to the part where she's at the mall with a friend and runs into the adoptive mom. Adoptive mom feels her belly and baby kicks.

This, of course, made me think about how I would feel if I didn't get to be the one to feel my baby moving around and all that. It didn't go well....

Then I had a good laugh at myself.

I saw Juno once before getting PG, and I watched it again when it was on the other night. I definitely cried.

i watched it a few weeks and literally cried all day. I called DH and he was like "what the heck is wrong with you!". ?

i would also avoid Knocked Up!?

I saw it in the theater the week I was due with DS.   Cried through the whole thing.  THEN.... then, I went to the bathroom afterwards.  As I was walking out, a woman was walking in (maybe in her early 50's) and she actually pointed and laughed at my belly. WTF???  Her daughter who was with her looked mortified.  I welled up with tears and just stared at her.  As they kept walking, she laughed again and said "Sorry! I just saw Juno!"

HUH???!  Well... she must have had a field day after she saw the movie Cars.

haha ive watched it several times (thank you HBO) and havent had that thought. Only thing Ive thought of is that I would never be able to give birth to the baby then give it away. I love that movie

We saw it at the theatre while I was extremely pg with DS. I thought it was cute.

I cried like a crazy person at the end of that movie while NOT pregnant. I think it might be grounds for divorce if DH played that movie for me now. LOL

i saw that movie while waiting for DH to come home from work the day i got my BFP. he walked in the door and i was crying as the credits rolled. he had no clue what was going on and i couldnt shut off the waterworks

Bwhahahaa! (Not laughing at that dumbass woman's idiot reaction, but at your comment regarding Cars).  I imagine that after seeing Cars, she was in stitches as soon as she got into the parking lot, and crying tears of laughter the whole way home...  what an asshat.
