There's another site called www.safefetus.com where you can look up different safety ratings for medications.
My doctor said that I shouldn't take Sudafed at all during pregnancy, but everyone's different. He also said that I needed to quit using Proactiv, but I can't give up the cleanser (which does not contain salicylic acid, unlike the rest of the kit).
I have terrible cold and my doc/nurse said tylenol cold/sinus> all thought it didnt help very much it was nice to be able to take something that makes my nose not-run like a faucet.

My doc said to avoid taking any medication during the 1st tri. I am just getting over a horrible cold and didn't take anything for it. I survived.
The only med on the list she gave me for colds/congestion was Sudafed.
