WOOOOOOOT!
I just weighed in and I lost 5.2 pounds!!
In my first week of weight watchers!!
If I had been exercising it might have been more- I know it isn't that healthy to loose a bunch at once, anyway ( I don't really care at this point, I have a lot to lose...)
I am totally psyched. ( I am sure I won't lose this much every week, but I am happy.)
now I'll go celebrate with cake. ( just kidding.)

THAT IS GREAT!!! the first week on WW is usually like that (for everyone I know) you made a drastic change in your eating habits for the week...probably drank a lot more water...the first week or two or three are always great...and it's a good thing too... if you only lost .2 this week would you have felt as motivated to keep it up? Keep going and check in so we can check up on your progress .
I joined the Blogtolose.com site...I love it...Last year I lost 20-25lbs (i fluctuate) and the blog site really helpped keep me accountable and motivated...and it's FREE! most of the people do WW so you get great ideas and recipes from other people like you and the host (Roni) has a sister site with great healthy recipes and WW exchanges!
