  • oatmeal
    pasta
    cottage cheese
    decaf coffee

  • So far 2 points only for coffee and french vanilla creamer.

Confession: I had McDonald's last night.

  • Mmmmm, McDonalds.

My confession?  I used a lot of points this weekend with a trip to Panera and a panini and two trips to movies.  Still had flex points left over for the week though, so that's something, right?

    Today:

Whole wheat toast with butter - 1.5 points

    Cranberry-grape juice, 1/2 cup - 1.5 points

Non-fat chai tea latte, grande - 4 points

I know I'm having fiber one yogurt, vegetable soup (don't know what kind yet), fruit (banana, small orange or apple) and a fiber one bar for lunch.  I didn't pack it thought, so I don't know what is what or what the point total is yet.  Haven't had any water yet today, so I'm about to go get some.

  • I'm going to AW for a minute too....   between watching the food intake and the workouts I have lost 7 pounds since the beginning of January.  I don't notice it anywhere on my body, but it was nice to see a noticeable change on the scale.
  • Well done!

    That's a terrific job.

    Yay!! Good Job!!!
  • Good job MB! I forgot to weight yesterday and today so I don't know how much I have lost, but my pants are fitting a little better. DH lost 8 lbs in one week of WW.

Lunch: Small bowl of Pasta E Fagoili soup for 2 points and a serving of veggies;  Ham and cheese sandwich for 3 points and a bag of baked doritos for 2 points for a total of 7 points

Total for the day: 11 points.

I have a fart bar for a snack later this afternoon.  I just started drinking water since I needed to do an OPK at lunch.

I am also taking the weight training class at the gym tonight for 6 activity points.

  • Today is my weigh-in - I'm down 5 pounds.  But that is what I always lose the first week of a diet, between calorie restriction and water weight.  I need to work out consistently this week if I hope to lose 2+ pounds.  My goal is 2 pounds this week.

    Lunch:

Campbell's microwavable soup bowl - vegetable with beef stock (will have to eat all, because these don't store - normally I only eat 1 cup of soup and this is two) 4.5 points (but 1.5 veggie servings)

FiberOne vanilla yogurt - 1 point

Small apple (I fear the results of this + fiber one bar) - 1 point

Fiber one bar for this afternoon - 2 points

    Total for Lunch/Afternoon: 8.5 points

Total for day so far - 15.5 points.

Doing well on ghc's so far.  3 veggie servings, 4 cups of water (when I finish this glass), all my dairy, and I started my prenatals again today.

Yes this is a really intense class. Its an hour of squats, lunges, etc. all with a heavily weighted bar. I love it.

  • I'm having a late lunch of 5oz of chicken on salad with lemon juice

and I ate an apple and string cheese for a snack, and a boiled egg and sugar snap peas for another snack.

My day total is up to 16.5 points, I have 6.5 points left

  • I added enough to meet my daily work water goals (I drink two glasses at home every night).

I am STARVING and I have plenty of points left, so I think I will go beg a 100 cal. snack pack off my coworker, because I am so hungry I dunno if I will make it home.  Another hour and a half to get home, then snack, then an hour to dinner . . . I'll skip the hummus at home for now I guess.
