or they screwed up. It's the second time it's happened. Mom went to pay it and they told her there was no balance. She thought I paid it and was lying to her so she wouldn't know but it wasn't me.

I *am* going to pay the water bill and half of the utility bill today and not telling her so she won't fuss about it. She's going to think she's going nuts or has a fairy godmother. ;-)
